Loft area with a 2-seater pull-out sofa (full-sized foam bed), 50” smart TV, arcade machines, and accent chairs
Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and complimentary detergent pods/dryer sheets
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: Two queen-sized beds, 55-inch TV, private bathroom with his-and-her sinks, walk-in closet
Bedroom 2: One queen-sized bed, nightstands, closet with hangers
Bedroom 3: One queen-sized bed, nightstands, closet with hangers
Parking:
2 parking spaces (NO GARAGE ACCESS)
NO GARAGE PARKING AVAILABLE. Driveway parking — 2 parking spots total. street parking can be found just a few hundred feet from the HOA, accommodating all types of vehicles, including RVs, campers, and buses.
The house is located in a community with two parks. Community does not require gate access - Easy entry and exit!

If you need early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Early/late check in/out fees are applicable. Approval is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge. The cleaning crew needs ample time to clean, wash, and disinfect the home for the next guest.
Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a $500 fee and may result in an immediate eviction.
Parties and events are not allowed on the property, and guests are expected to observe quiet hours. To ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum, we use a NoiseAware decibel monitoring device. If there is any evidence of a party or event, such as excessive garbage or camera footage, guests will be fined $500.00, face legal action, and may be evicted without reimbursement. Guests will also be responsible for any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.
If any property, furnishings, decorations, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items are lost or damaged through negligence or willful behavior, guests will be charged for direct replacement costs and a fine of up to $250.00.
Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition and should not use them for cleaning or removing makeup. Any permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves, as this can cause damage to the items and the washing machine.
Breaking posted house rules, such as exceeding occupancy limits, violating parking restrictions, using illegal substances, or damaging the property, can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
To ensure the comfort of our neighbors, we ask that guests observe official city quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am daily. Outdoor noise levels should be kept to a minimum during this time.

I am a local host who can offer help when needed. Communication through text is preferred but can answer calls if easier. I give guests their space but available when needed

April 2026My family and I absolutely love Bryan’s home!This was our second stay and it felt like we were being welcomed back into this lovely home. The house was very cozy & comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and serene; I did some walking around the area and I felt very safe. Bryan is an awesome host! He was quick to respond and just made us feel comfortable in our communications. I highly recommend this home to anyone considering a wonderful place to stay :)

January 2026Bryan’s place was amazing with many shops near the area and other activities as well. He was very respectful and helps us check in & out with clear instructions. We did find a wet towel in the washing machine and a blanket in the dryer as well. This was odd but we continue to enjoy the wonderful home.

August 2025Our stay was comfortable and Bryan was a wonderful host. He answered in a timely manner and was very reactive to our concerns. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this home is definitely in need of some TLC as there are many notable damages and stains. This is unfortunate since Bryan was amazing and over all we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The pictures however were misleading.

July 2025This was my first time doing AirBNB so I was on edge that I was going to screw up the rules and get in trouble. I don’t have any complaints necessarily, just suggestions that might only apply to me. The pillows were too puffy & uncomfortable, and the fan made a ticking noise that kept us awake. I woke up with a raging migraine the 1st morning. On the 2nd night, I slept w/out a pillow, we turned up the a/c and turned down the fan and it was a pretty comfortable nights sleep! I wish there was more places for us to put our stuff. There were no luggage racks or tables or even chairs in the bedrooms so our bags were all over the floor. We had phones and watches charging on the floor. There also wasn’t enough hooks for our shower towels. It was a little further from the strip than I would’ve liked but the price was good! The kitchen was nice, loved all the TV’s, and the place was very clean! Everything worked out great! Thank you for having us! Would definitely recommend!
